Information We Collect
When you fill out our estimate form, call us, or email us, we collect the information you give us. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the addresses you are moving from and to, the type of move you need, and your preferred dates. If you book a move, we also collect details about your belongings, access notes for each property, and payment information.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and nothing else.
Our website also collects limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. This is standard web server and analytics data.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you give us to do the job you hired us for and to run our business. Specifically, we use it to prepare and send your estimate, schedule and perform your move, assign the right crew and equipment, communicate with you before and during the move, process payment, handle any claims, keep records required by our DOT and state licensing obligations, and send you occasional updates if you asked to receive them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone for their own marketing.
Calls and Email
When you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we can call you about your estimate and your move. We do not send marketing text messages. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by telling any member of our team.
If you opted into our newsletter, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop us from contacting you about a move you have booked.
How We Share Information
We share your information only when there is a reason to. That includes sharing with our own crew members working your move; with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, scheduling and estimating software, email provider, and payment processor; with partner carriers or agents when your move involves a leg we do not drive ourselves; with our insurer or legal counsel if a claim or dispute arises; and with government or law enforcement when the law requires it.
Anyone we share information with is expected to use it only to provide their service to us.
Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses cookies to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics, which places cookies on your device and collects information such as your IP address, the pages you view, how long you stay, and how you found us. We keep move records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, insurance, and licensing obligations. Estimate requests that never turn into a booking are kept for a limited period and then removed. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their jobs, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the responsibility seriously.
